This website (deluzion.com) is operated by THAIBK Digital, a digital platform operated under THAIBK.com. THAIBK Digital is the data controller for all personal data collected through this website.
Deluzion Bar does not collect or store your personal data. The bar itself has no access to your account information, email address, or any data submitted through this website.

What Data We Collect
When you create a member account, we collect:
- Your chosen username
- Your email address
- Your password (stored as a one-way hash — we cannot read it)
- Whether you opted in to THAIBK.com marketing emails (optional)
We do not collect payment card details. Any future payment processing will be handled by Stripe under their own privacy policy.
How Your Data Is Stored
Your account data is stored securely in MongoDB Atlas, a cloud database hosted on servers in the United States with encryption at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to authorised THAIBK Digital administrators only.
THAIBK Marketing Opt-In
During sign-up, by accepting the terms and conditions you also agree to receive occasional updates from THAIBK.com — Thailand's premier expat resource. Your email address will be shared with THAIBK Digital solely for this purpose.
- A maximum of one email per month will be sent
- You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email
- Your email will not be shared with any other third parties
Downloaded Images
Members may download images from the private gallery for personal use only. Downloaded content may not be redistributed, published, shared on social media, or used for commercial purposes. All images remain the intellectual property of THAIBK Digital and Deluzion.
Your GDPR Rights
If you are based in the UK or European Union you have the following rights:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Erasure — request deletion of your account and all associated data
- Unsubscribe — opt out of marketing emails at any time
- Portability — receive your data in a portable format

Changes to This Policy
